QuickCam is a small video capture utility for Windows which provides a way to record the stream of connected video sources both. Recording starts when the program detects motion.
The layout of the program is arranged into tabs, making QuickCam easy-to-use. The main areas include Video, Network, Record, Motion and System. At the top of the interface, you also have buttons for networking, quick recording/pause/stop, a snapshot tool and quick access to previously recorded files in Windows Explorer.
Access the video source is available from a list and QuickCam can also apply certain effects to recordings with ease. You may apply white balance, sharpness, brightness and contrast, hue and other filters to a video stream. The bit-rate, output video size and encoding may all be selected from the "Network" tab.

QuickCam can be used on a computer running Windows 11 or Windows 10. Previous versions of the OS shouldn't be a problem with Windows 8 and Windows 7 having been tested. It runs on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems with no dedicated 64-bit download provided.
